Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is known as your cooling off period.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@northernnicsbackkitchen.co.uk

Returning your items

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging where possible.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Square.

We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the item has been used or its value diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Digital products

Please note that digital products such as digital cookbook downloads are exempt from the right to cancel once the download has begun, provided you have given your explicit consent to this and acknowledged that your right to cancel will be lost. We will make this clear at the point of purchase.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@northernnicsbackkitchen.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
